London: 2023 contract award value of £14.2bn, 18.5% lower than 2022. Hotspots included: Brent, Haringey and Islington, and Harrow and Hillingdon.

The Construction Hotspots Report has been a product of a long-standing partnership with the Construction Products Association. The CPA represents and champions construction product manufacturers and suppliers in the UK.
East of England: 2023 contract award value of £6.9bn, increase of 7.9% from 2022. Hotspots included: Breckland and South Norfolk, Essex Thames Gateway, Heart of Essex, and Suffolk.
South East: 2023 contract award value of £7.7bn, 17.6% lower than 2022. Coldspots included: East Surrey and Milton Keynes.
